8 day horsetrail "Lika"

Day 1
Arrival, test ride, dinner, tour briefing, overnight in old traditional country house.
Day 2
Ride beside the river to the large grassy field Bjelopolje. Crossing the field we ride up to the Pljesivica mountain where the panoramic views are extraordinary. Riding across forest medows and trough old pine forest we come to the grassy mountain depression Opaljenica-our campsite. Dinner, camp-fire, overnight in tents.
Day 3
Light ascent to the Orlovaca summit with fantastic panoramic views. After lunch-picnic we will ride across the beautiful grassy plateu Duboki-foregone pastoral area. Riding over the treeless Visuc field we come to the Bukovac spring- our campsite.
Day 4
Ascent to the high plateu Medjugorje which is rich of karst forms like cavities, pits and some bizzare stoneshapes. After riding trough dense pine forest we come to the Drazica ridge which offers extraordinary view to the Mazin field. Crossing the field in gallop we will arrive and pitch camp at the Mandiceva Valley.
Day 5
Our ride takes us to the grassy hilly terrain of the Suvaja plateu with fantastic open views in all directions. We´ll see a wonderfull canyon and fascinating waterfalls of the river Una  and will take a swim in this green clear water. Follows riding over the Brezovac plateu to the village of Dobroselo, our campsite.
Day 6
Ride over the Lapacko field and lake Bare to the horsefarm. After lunch we´ll ride over the Kalinovaca field and trough beautiful beech forest to the Kamensko high-plateu which is rich of water springs. Here we´ll pitch a camp.
Day 7
Ride trough the fascinating gorge of Manita Draga, over  beautiful mountain meadows and  dense pine forests. Then we ride down to the Jezero Valley and crossing the Korenicko field we´ll return to the ranch. Dinner, overnight at ranch.
Day 8
Breakfast, departure.

Included: 8 days/ 7 nights ( 2 nights at Ranch, 5 nights tent),Guide, all meals (3xdaily), luggage transport.
Pace: Moderate, long trots and canters, 5 to 8 riding hours daily
